Miro is a digital collaboration platform designed to facilitate remote and distributed team communication and project management. I led a successful team of 14 creative leaders across disciplines: Brand/Digital Design, Art Direction, Copywriting, Illustration, and Product Design (web). The team doubled in size due to my hiring efforts and effectively restructured in response to the company's hyper-growth.
